Can you remove bad Google reviews?

Not genuine ones, and anyone who promises to is taking a risk with your profile. Google removes reviews that break its policies, like spam, fake reviews or abuse. We report those for you. For the rest, a calm, helpful reply does more good than a deletion would.

How do I get more Google reviews?
