Facebook and Instagram ads
Be the loudest thing in their feed.
Facebook and Instagram ads for local businesses, built with everything that has to happen after the click. The ad gets them to stop scrolling. The page and follow-up we build turn that into a booking.

The problem
Most local businesses pay Facebook for likes
It usually goes like this. You hit Boost on a post, pick a budget, and a week later you've got a few likes from people who were never going to call. Or someone runs a single ad that points at your homepage and hopes for the best.
Then the verdict comes in that Facebook ads don't work for a business like yours. Usually the ad had nowhere good to send people, and nobody followed up the ones who were interested.
People on Facebook and Instagram aren't looking for you. They're scrolling past their cousin's holiday photos. An ad has to earn their attention in the time it takes to flick past, then send them somewhere built to turn that interest into a booking.

How it works
We build the whole path from scroll to booking
An ad on its own is a billboard in a hurry. We build every step after it, so more of the people who stop scrolling end up in your calendar.
- 1The ad
Stops the right thumb
Written for one kind of customer, with a hook they recognise in the first line and a picture or short video that looks nothing like the rest of their feed.
- 2The page
One offer, one button
A landing page built for phones, with nothing on it except the reason to say yes. No menu to wander off into and no wall of services.
- 3The offer
An easy first yes
A check-up, a first visit deal, a free quote with a deadline. Something small enough to say yes to today that leads to the job you want.
- 4The follow-up
Emails and texts that keep going
Plenty of people aren't ready the first time they see you. Short emails and texts bring them back over the following days, until they book or ask us to stop.
- 5The booking
Straight to you
Every booking and enquiry reaches you straight away with their name and what they want, so you can call while they're still keen.
- 6The review
Happy customers say so
After the job, customers are asked for a Google review through Lumero, included for Loud Yak clients. More reviews make the next ad easier to believe.
The offer and the follow-up are built around your business, so no two funnels are the same.

Example ad for a made-up business.
Part 1 of 5
The hook
The first line decides whether anyone reads the second. It names a problem the right person has right now, in their own words, so they stop and think that's me.

Part 2 of 5
Who it's for
The next lines make it obvious who the ad is for and why it matters to them. Calling out the right people also turns away the wrong ones, so you pay for fewer clicks from people who were never going to book.

Part 3 of 5
The picture
Feeds are full of polished stock photos and logos. We test real photos and short phone videos of you, your van or your work against each other, and keep whatever stops people.
In this adSteam, a gauge in the red and a price in yellow
Part 4 of 5
The headline
Kept under 40 characters so a phone doesn't cut it off. It states the offer and nothing else.

Part 5 of 5
The button
It goes to a page we built for this one ad, where the same offer is waiting. That's where the click turns into a booking, and where we can see exactly what happened.

Testing
We let the numbers pick the winner
Nobody can tell which ad will work by looking at it, us included. So every campaign starts with several ads running side by side, in front of different groups of people, and the results decide.
The weak ones get switched off. The winners get more of the budget, and new challengers are written to try to beat them. That loop keeps running for as long as we run your ads.

Reporting
A monthly report that counts your bookings
Every month you get a short report with the numbers a business owner cares about. How many people saw your ads, how many got in touch, what each enquiry cost and how many turned into bookings.
The ad account is in your name, so you can log in and check any of it yourself whenever you like.

What's included
Everything from the first ad to the review request
Facebook ads always come with the funnel behind them. Traffic with nowhere to go is money down the drain.
The offer, worked out with you
We find the first yes that leads to the work you want, and price it so it brings in the right people.
A landing page for every campaign
Built for phones and quick to load, with one offer and one button.
Ads written and designed
Hooks, copy and pictures, plus scripts for short videos you can film on your phone.
Audiences built around your area
Your suburbs and your kind of customer, including people similar to the ones you already have.
Tracking set up properly
Every click, enquiry and booking is tracked back to the ad, so the budget follows what works.
Email and text follow-up
Written and switched on, so the people who were interested hear from you again.
Review requests through Lumero
Happy customers get asked for a Google review. Lumero is included for Loud Yak clients.
Testing that never stops, and a monthly report
Weak ads switched off, new challengers written, and one clear report every month.
Your ad account, in your name
The account and all its history stay yours, whatever happens.
Is it a fit
Who Facebook ads work for
A good fit if
- You're a local business with a service people in your area need
- You can take on more work next month
- Someone can call new enquiries back the same day
- You're happy to test for a few weeks before judging it
- You have photos of real work, or you're willing to take some
Not for you if
- You want likes and followers
- You need it to work by Friday
- Nobody will answer the phone when it rings
- Your budget is too small to learn anything from
How we start
From first call to first booking
Book a call
We look at your business, your area and what a new customer is worth to you. If ads won't pay for themselves, we'll tell you.
We build the funnel
The offer, the landing page, the ads, the tracking and the follow-up are all built before anything goes live.
Launch and test
Several ads go out at once. We watch the numbers and switch off what isn't working.
Scale what works
The winners get more budget, new challengers keep coming, and you get a report every month.
FAQ
Facebook ads questions, answered
Is a Facebook ads agency the same as a Meta ads agency?
Yes. Meta owns Facebook and Instagram, and both run from the same ads account. When we run your Meta ads, they can show on Facebook, Instagram or both.
How much should I spend on Facebook ads?
Enough to learn what works, and not a dollar more until it's proven. The right number depends on your industry, your area and what a new customer is worth to you. We'll give you one on the call.
What does your Facebook ads management cost?
It depends on what you need. Every client gets a written proposal after a call.
Is this the same as boosting a post?
No. Boosting puts an existing post in front of more people. We write ads for one job, send them to a page built for that offer, and track every enquiry back to the ad that brought it in.
How fast will I see enquiries?
Ads can bring in enquiries within days of going live. The first few weeks are for testing, so we know which ads deserve the budget.
Do I own my ad account?
Yes. Your ad account, your Facebook page and the data are yours. If you ever leave, all of it stays with you.
Do I have to be in the videos?
It helps if you are, and we'll write short scripts you can film on your phone. If you'd rather stay off camera, we'll work with photos and clips of your work.
Should I do Facebook ads or Google Ads?
They do different jobs. Google Ads reaches people already searching for what you do. Facebook and Instagram ads reach people who aren't searching yet but would say yes to the right offer. On the call we'll tell you which to start with.
Do you use Facebook lead forms?
Sometimes. Instant forms are quick to fill in, which also makes it easy to enquire without much thought. Most of the time we send people to a landing page we've built, where the offer is clearer and we can follow every step. If a form makes sense for your business, we'll test it.
